I used wake up calls which you set up in your Voice Mail…..it worked on Friday but on Monday……feature is no longer offered No Notice to customer… Late to work …2 days in a row if I lose my job who s going to pay my bill CUSTOMER CARE AND you can still SET UP a wake up call in the MENU it just DOES NOT WORK very ODD way to do business. If I unbundle and remove my phone my bill would increase by 90.00 a month I guess it is a simple matter to just buy an alarm clock what feature will they drop next | Gender: female | Age: 61 | Zip Code: 92395
