Name: D Wilson | Text: N A | Answer1: Frontier has Extreme Lack of Customer Service or Knowledge to Work With Customers. Frontier Took Over Verizon on April 1st 2016 and as of 4.26.2016 No Service. Wait on phone for hours to still have no Service. They act like they do not have any local Technicians to Come out to the House. Be Ware if Frontier act like this now- How are they going to act when FL has a Severe Storm. No Tech Service to Get our Phone Internet and TV up so us FL people have communication. Ask for Refund for no service and what do they do – Give me a Bill for 210.00. Was told by one customer service I need to wait until the issue is fixed before I ask for any refund. If you are ready to spend hours on the phone to get no satisfaction and No House Service then Frontier might be for you.
