Name: Carla Bartlett | Text: The first 2 or 3 ppl I talked to were absolutely NO HELP. Finally today I talked with someone that finally did their job and got me some answers. I was on hold for 1 hour 25 minutes while she tracked down the information for me. | Answer1: 17560 | Gender: female | Age: 70 | Zip Code: After 3 or 4 days of the Frontier run-around….I m thoroughly disgusted I will be changing my service ASAP Most ppl don t even have land lines anymore so I don t quite understand why it is going to take more than a week to get the problem fixed. Do u only have part time service techs I got no cooperation for 3 days….not even a return call like I was told I would get not once but TWICE to inform me of what the problem was or how it would be handled. This service is for an elderly person. If there is a medical emergency she can t call 911. I am the closest family member I live 45 minutes away. I call her every evening to make sure she is ok. I work 60 hours a week so I can t drive there on a daily basis. U ppl should be ashamed of running a business this way
