Name: Anonymous | Text: Terrible. I called to simply get an inquiry of price lists with specs for my area because the website isn t detailed enough. Instead I wasted 45 minutes on the phone listening to someone suggesting a plan that I did not want. I know what specs I want all I want is to find something that fit my specs not 300 channels when I said I only needed 3 . She tells me I don t need certain things… when I know I do. The phone call was muffled and the sound of a phone key getting pressed while on the phone was consistently making it difficult to hear. I checked to see if it was me and it wasn t All this headache to not get a price list with specs listing MBPS and if there were modem router rental costs was not worth the time and attitude.
