Name: Anonymous | Text: Who Verizon person years ago was wonderful. Could not have been more helpful. I can t get a person at Frontier now. | Answer1: Had Verizon since FIOS began never had an issue. Frontier took over and now our tv freezes calls for service have hour plus waits that disconnect you more often than not. Online chat option is 190 in queue and email option does not get responses.
