Name: Vickie Ware | Text: Sales rep was very friendly. Unfortunately did not know what he was talking about. Assured me there was internet service at my address and set out connection on Aug 4. After no show on Aug 4 and no communication I called Frontier on Aug 6 to be on hold for about 15 minutes all total to find out there is no service at my address and not even within over 5 miles of my home. | Answer1: not in my area and now I have no internet and no phone and I am not happy. According to all the reps I have talked with all they know how to say and all the information they have is that I am over 5 miles from a box and they are very sorry but do not have any other information. Please understand that myself and my neighbors do not want you to send us flyers if you can not come close to providing the services advertised.
