Brian says Frontier gets 1 out of 5 stars

Name: Brian | Text: NOT HAPPY with Frontier at this time. I scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago for them to install on Saturday the 8th. No one showed. I was told during my call that they could in port my old over and install the internet. I called on Monday after getting no where on Late Saturday and Sunday and finally ot someone who advised me the order had been put in the system incorrectly Not sure what happened because I received an e mail confirmation. I was then told that I would need a new and that the earliest they could get to me was Wednesday the 12th So at this point I am not satisfied but you may want to check back after Wednesday to see if someone actually shows up. | Answer1: I honestly have never had an issue with Quest So far no comparison | Gender: male | Age: 43 | Zip Code: 97015
